Susan Daly specializes in representing developers of residential real estate. She has extensive experience in various types of subdivided lands projects in California and other states - condominiums, planned developments, standard subdivisions, mixed-use projects, mixed-use high rise projects, residential master-planned communities, resort master-planned communities, golf course communities, and custom home developments.
Ms. Daly’s involvement with the Real Property Section of the State Bar of California includes: advisor of the Executive Committee 1999-2000, vice chair of the Executive Committee 1998-1999, member of the Executive Committee 1996-1998, chair of the Pro Bono Subsection 1997-1999, Southern California chair of the Common Interest Development Subsection 1993-1996, instructor of the Condominium and Planned Developments program for the California Continuing Education of the Bar 1994 and member 1989-present.
Ms. Daly has been the vice chair of the Department of Real Estate committee of the San Diego Building Industry Association 1995-1996 and a member of various DRE task force committees 1990-1993. She speaks on a variety of real estate law topics to business groups and homeowners associations, and is proficient in Korean. The Daily Transcript has selected Ms. Daly as one of the “Top San Diego County Attorneys” on several occasions. Ms. Daly also has been named a top attorney by Super Lawyers magazine.
