Michael J. Maher

Mickey Maher is a real estate and business lawyer who concentrates on developing, investing in and leasing shopping centers, office buildings and industrial parks; buying and selling improved and unimproved real property, including complex title-related issues and other due diligence and feasibility analysis; financing real estate; and structuring and implementing business entities and ventures.

Mr. Maher is a member of the Real Property and Business Law Sections of the State Bar of California. He has been a guest lecturer at the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate at the University of San Diego and has taught continuing education classes for National Business Institute and The Institute for Paralegal Education.

Mr. Maher has served on advisory committees for the Zoological Society of San Diego and is pro bono counsel for the Poway Performing Arts Company. He is also a merit badge counselor for the San Diego Imperial Council of the Boy Scouts of America. The Maher family also enjoys hosting exchange students from around the world.
