Gregory Markow is a litigator who concentrates his practice in handling real estate and business disputes. He has extensive experience in disputes involving land acquisition and development, purchase and sale agreements, and construction defects, as well as those pertaining to stock and partnership ownership and valuation, buying and selling businesses and corporate governance.
Mr. Markow is a member of the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of California. He is also a member of the Litigation Section of the California State Bar and the trial bar of the Northern District of Illinois.
He has served as Chair of the Board of Directors of Second Chance/Strive, an organization dedicated to providing job readiness training, jobs and affordable housing for homeless and long-term unemployed men and women and continues to serve on that Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Congregation Beth Israel.
