Fernando Landa practices in the areas of land use, real estate transactions and finance, and land use litigation. He represents real estate developers, investors and lenders in a broad range of acquisition, financing and entitlement matters, including development due diligence and entitlement negotiation with local, state and federal government entities.
Mr. Landa is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Building Industry Association, Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, University of San Diego Real Estate Alumni Association and University of Pennsylvania Alumni Association. He sits on the Building Industry Association of San Diego Political Action Committee Board of Governors, the BuildSD Political Action Committee Board of Governors and the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate Young Entrepreneurs Council. Mr. Landa has also been certified as a Leadership in Energy Efficient Design Accredited Professional (”LEED AP”) by the United States Green Building Council.
