Amanda Allen practices in the areas of real estate law, general business law, commercial transactions and civil litigation.  Ms. Allen represents a broad range of clients including investors, developers, lenders, non-profit corporations, and government entities.

Ms. Allen is a member of the Real Property Section of the San Diego County Bar Association, the Real Property and Business Law Sections of the State Bar of California, the Urban Land Institute, the Building Industry Association, the American Bar Association, the American Constitution Society and the Lawyers Club of San Diego.  Ms. Allen is also a member of the UCLA Alumni Association.
